Hi folks. Welcome to the wonderful world of Beth! It is a wild and wacky world filled with Christmas salsa, special occasion liquor apparel, and a gaggle of sassy Smiths. Who puts the FUN in dsyFUNction? WE DO!!!
Let me begin by introducing a few of the constant characters that are in my life:
Me ~ Beth: pretty wonderful person if I do say so myself ;)
Hubby ~ Glenn: 20 years my senior, has kids and ex-wives who make life interesting for me, but a really nice guy who truly cares for me. Good stuff.
Our child ~ Elly: she may only be a spoiled rotten dog to some, but she makes us a family. SPOILED ROTTEN. Likes treats. Likes sleeping. Loves toys. Yep, that's all for Ellybelly.
Sis ~ Jennifer: zany gal, plagued with an uncanny ability to attract extremely unusual people in her life, currently working on her Master's in English and pestering me to start a blog!
WARNING ~ men who fall for this fiery-haired vixen
cannot be cured of the love-bug !
Mom ~ My mother is a special woman who has surpassed description due to the fact that human language cannot contain her attributes. Her claim to fame is wearing a bra for the special occasions in life. Enough said for now.
Jen's love interest ~ Matt: I really like this guy, however I do worry about people who voluntarily join the circle of psychosis that is the Smith family. Stay tuned for updates on this one.

As my sister has always told me, "sometimes we really are just better than other people." And I agree.
Somehow, I am not so sure how I feel about my role in this life taking on the tone of a bad syndicated television show...
