Back from Vacay!

Back from the Dad Memorial Vacation. There were fun times, silly times, sad times, and a bit of everything else. Overall, I'd say it was a great starter vacation. It was me and Jen's first Official Vacation together, so we did pretty well I think. Our Bed & Breakfast owner was a little crazy, a bit endearing, and a lot of drunk. Nobody got seriously hurt during the course of horseback riding, our Spa day, Chimney Rock climbing, or anything else crazy that occurred. Thus, I think it was a success. I have been having some problems with my dang guts again lately. And I decided to clean out my email account, and found this email from my Aunt. It is from April 30th, but it is applicable presently as well. I like to read it on the bad days. Hope it makes you feel better too. Enjoy, Beth!!!!~~~

Wow, Sounds to me like it is time for things to start looking up for you. You really have been thru a bunch of rot in your life.
We have a big crabbapple tree in our front yard that has been awful looking for the last four years. We kept waiting and waiting for the darned thing to start looking decent again. It never bloomed; the leaves it did get looked absolutely awful, so Boyd and I decided to have it cut down this summer. Guess what! We got home from our trip and it is absolutely the most beautiful tree on our street. Blossoms all over it, full and sweet smelling like you wouldn't believe.
The reason for me telling you that.............Don't give up hope! If God can look after a ugly old tree and change it, He will certainly do more for you. He really likes the tree; He created it. But He absolutely loves you to death, so just hang in there and see what He is going to do in you.
