Dream Interpretation

In the quest for self-actualization (a very long quest), I am open to different ways of interpretation my life, dreams, and behaviors. So, my dream last night was this.


~ I was fleeing a location with my sister, and the car I was driving was full of water that I had to bail from the car and under the hood simultaneously.


After checking with Dream Moods, this is what my dream supposedly means. By the way, I couldn't decide between water and flood so I included both. Welcome to my world! Beth ;)

~Scared

To dream that you are scared, indicates that you are experiencing self-doubt and feelings of incompetence. You may be feeling a lack of control. Anger often masquerades as fear, so also consider issues about which you are angry about in your waking life.

~ Water
To see water in your dream, symbolizes your unconscious and your emotional state of mind. Water is the living essence of the psyche and the flow of life energy. It is also symbolic of spirituality, knowledge, healing and refreshment. If the water is calm, clear, then it signifies that you are in tune with your spirituality. It denotes serenity, peace of mind, and rejuvenation. If you are splashed by water, then it represents your need to be revitalized and more expressive. To dream that water is boiling, suggests that you are expressing some emotional turmoil. It also may mean that feelings from your unconscious are surfacing and ready to be acknowledged.�

To see muddy or dirty water in your dream, indicates that you are wallowing in your negative emotions. You may need to devote some time to clarify your mind and find internal peace. Alternatively, it suggests that your thinking/judgment is unclear and clouded. If you are immersed in muddy water, then it indicates that you are in over your head in a situation and are overwhelmed by your emotions.


~ Flood
To see a raging flood with its muddy debris, signifies that you will have much unsettling occurrences and tribulations in life. Your repressed emotions may be overwhelming you.
To dream that you are swept away by a flood, forewarns that someone is trying to use you.
To see a gentle flood, indicates that your worries over a certain matter will be soon be swept away.


~ Sibling

To see your sibling in your dream, indicates unresolved issues with your sibling. Consider their actions in your dream and how it may be a reflection of your own self and your character.
