Party!!!!

Jeeze, after rereading that last post, I am made aware of the fact that no single person should spend so much time reflecting on the delectable saltine. Sad, sad, state of affairs.

Therefore, today I am packing for a birthday P-A-R-T-Y!!!! Glenn, Elly, and I are getting ready to head back into the old VA for a family birthday party for me, my uncle Rick, and mom's boyfriend, David. We are going to have a great time in Virginia despite the fact that my mom's dog is having gastro-intestinal problems due to an overabundance of pork. Hmmmmm. Makes me want to party, how about you? ;)

Anyhow, yesterday was a special day for me and old Glenny, it was our 4th wedding anniversary! We celebrated in our special way by dining at IHOP for an early-bird dinner. We had our first date at IHOP, so it will always be a great date place for us! Again, sad, but true! Glenn was looking cute as a button, and even took off work early for this celebration. AND, he got me a beautiful card and present~ a Yankee Honeysuckle Candle. Yeah!!! I was just telling him how much I missed the scent of honeysuckle, so that was sweet. We spent the rest of the evening dividing up freecycle stuff for easier pick up today. It was lovely and romantic and perfect!

In other good news, I have finally been sleeping again. Woohoooooooooooooo! I am getting to sleep sometime after midnight, but I am getting some quality sleep when I do fall asleep, so that has been wonderful. I missed being able to talk in complete sentences. ;)


Well that is it for now, I am almost done packing for the trip. We will be leaving tomorrow when Glenn gets off of work, and we will be in VA tomorrow night. And, I get to see my favorite SISTER~~~~~~~~~~YEAH!!!
