Full Disclosure

In a strategic (though quite stupid) marital point-making event, I decided to smoke two of the hubby's ciggies last night. The goal of this action was to make said hubby feel horrible for causing a great deal of stress in my life. Unfortunately, his years of family therapy/self-help exercises proved a strong shield to my destructive action, even with a large dose of Catholic guilt thrown in. During and following the smoking of the camels, I knew I was being an idiot. Some might say I ruined over 5 weeks of nicotine abstinence. I say I screwed up, made a poor decision, and that's that. I continue my non-smoking lifestyle, with a slight speed bump in my progress, but it is progress none the less. And today I feel like crap, with a massive headache, screaming at my eyeballs "I messed up!!!" But with a fridge full of Pepsi and a couple of Tylenol, I am sure to feel more human. So, Happy freakin' Friday! ; )
