Thus far this year, I have excelled on my resolution to be almost 100% unproductive, though I did throw together a mighty fine leftover reincarnation dinner tonight. But otherwise....not so much. Thank you notes have gone unwritten, telephone calls have not been returned, you know all that jazz.
However, on a brighter note, the surgery went well. I did have both a great doc and a great anesthesiologist. Neither were particularly good conversationalist, but they did their respective jobs well, so not too bad. Except for a no-pain-med situation the day following the surgery, all went well. I am healing up like a champ, probably due to my extensive past experiences and quite possibly my charming personality. ; )
I've been able to get out of the house a few times now, and have begun a few household chores, including light lifting with no major issues. Yeah!!! So far, so good. I would post a photo of the stitched area online,(for educational purposes only) but I have been explicitly told that it is neither necessary or desired, by the majority of my fan base. Holla Sis. I will say that my body truly is a wonderland, and some smart*ss had the brilliant idea to create a braille map of said wonderland on my person. Thank you and good night.
